I use the term indigenous with its textbook definition, which means "of the land". Herbalism has gained a lot of popularity in western culture in the past couple decades. With this, comes many people curious about plants. If your intention is to learn to work with plants in a respectful and resourceful way, then you're in the right place.

  • Yes, I hold multiple herbal certifications from different programs. However, I don't think certification matters. What I do think matters -- is what a persons individual experiences, learnings & knowledge are. In 2025 I am coming into my ninth year as an herbalist.

  • No, I am not a medical professional and I carry no licensure of any kind. An herbalist is not a licensed profession in the United States. It is a folk tradition of healing, and it is frequently talked about as "the peoples medicine".

  • Not right now, but hopefully in the future. Keep up with me on instagram or sign up for my newsletter.

  • Sometime in 2025!
